Natural circulation water-tube fired or recoveryboilers for saturated or superheated steam production.

ERTA-WTE series boilers are the result of an uninterrupted development of a project dating back to 1950s. Actual configuration comply the latest European and international technical standard in terms of calculation codes, materials, quality controls and certifications.ERTA-WTE series can be integrated as a post-combustion chamber in moving grate and pulverized fuel burner furnaces or, in ERTA- WTE-R models, downstream of adiabatic post-combustion chambers.


This series has vertical layout and it is made of membrane and/or tangent tube-walls, divided in radiative and convection sections, designed to be compact and transportable in one or more modules, to reduce the on-site erection activities.“VHS” model includes one or more superheaters inside the convection section, which can be removed for maintenance purposes.

The boilers can be combined with economizer(s) to heat up boiler feed water by means of the exhaust flue gas residual heat, increasing the thermal cycle overall efficiency.Automatic cleaning system with soot blowers or pneumatic rapping is supplied to allow continuous operation even with high dust concentration fumes.The system can be completed with hoppers, frame and flue gas duct.

MT | MT-R
Simplicity meets technology for the environment.

Multi-tube fired or recovery boilers for hot or superheated water and thermal oil heating.

The multi-tube boilers belonging to MT series combine the easeof use of a liquid phase heat transfer fluid, water or thermal oil,with the technology and reliability typical of water-tube boilers.The MT series can be integrated as a post-combustion chamberin moving grate and pulverized fuel burner furnaces or, in MT-Rmodels, downstream of adiabatic post-combustion chambers.The boiler is made of radiative and convection sections with ascending and descending gas flows

The hot section is made of tangent tube chambers, reducing theamount of refractory materials which decrease the thermal inertiafor quicker start-ups and less maintenance. The cold sectionsconsist of an economizer bundle and/or an air pre-heater in a hot casing. Those sections form a single body boiler.

The system can be completed with inspectable inversion hoodsand ash hoppers, integrated insulation, ladders and accesswalkways on the body of the boiler which make the MT seriesa complete package, where technology and attention to thedetails are fully combined with a simple installation, operation and maintenance.

NLS-R

Recovery shell boilers for hot or superheated waterheating and saturated steam production..

The recovery shell boilers of the NLS series are suitable for hot or superheated water heating and saturated steam production. They are the meeting point between the long experience gained in both the biomass combustion recovery sector and the one or more pass shell boilers.

 The NLS series is installed downstream of adiabatic chambers into biomass combustion plants. The boiler can be one or more pass, depending on the ash content in the flue gas and on the shape of the combustion chamber.

The body of the boiler is insulated and finished with aluminium cladding or painted.The tubes are inspectable from the reversal chambers and from the shell through special man or handhole and can be completed by an automatic cleaning system.The boilers can be combined with economizer(s) to heat up boiler feed water by means of the exhaust flue gas residual heat, increasing the thermal cycle overall efficiency.
