On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the beginning of our activities, we are pleased to announce that, by notarial deed dated June 27th signed in Monza, the transformation of the company from the current legal status into “joint stock company” took place under the name:

Share capital: € 120,000 fully paid

Registered Office, tax identification number, VAT number, phone numbers, addresses and
e-mails remain unchanged.
